Happy Feet 2 gets more clips

Not that long to go before we get to see Mumbles again on the big screen with Happy Feet 2. I was wondering where other clips were when I was sent over this one a couple of weeks ago.

The sequel to “Happy Feet,” the Academy Award®-winning animated smash hit, “Happy Feet Two” returns audiences to the magnificent landscape of Antarctica in superb 3D.

Mumble, The Master of Tap, has a problem because his tiny son, Erik, is choreo-phobic. Reluctant to dance, Erik runs away and encounters The Mighty Sven—a penguin who can fly! Mumble has no hope of competing with this charismatic new role model.

But things get worse when the world is shaken by powerful forces.

Erik learns of his father’s “guts and grit” as Mumble brings together the penguin nations and all manner of fabulous creatures—from tiny Krill to giant Elephant Seals—to put things right.

“Happy Feet Two” is directed by George Miller, who won an Oscar® as the creator of the original “Happy Feet.” The film features the voices of Elijah Wood, Robin Williams, Hank Azaria, Alecia Moore (P!nk), Brad Pitt, Matt Damon, Sofia Vergara, Common, Hugo Weaving, Magda Szubanski, Anthony LaPaglia, Richard Carter and Benjamin “Lil P-Nut” Flores, Jr.George Miller co-wrote the screenplay with Gary Eck, Warren Coleman and Paul Livingston.

Hapy Feet 2 - the trailer

I had forgotten about the original singing penguin films with Robin Williams. I thought the original didn't do that well it was originally released. Looking into it the film did do a lot better than I thought.

This time the film is made in money grabbing 3D. Sorry, that should say experience enhancing 3D.

To watch this video, you need the latest Flash-Player and active javascript in your browser.

The sequel to the Academy Award®-winning animated smash hit, “Happy Feet 2” returns audiences to the magnificent landscape of Antarctica, reuniting us with the world’s most famous tap-dancing penguin, Mumble (Elijah Wood), the love of his life, Gloria (Alecia Moore {Pink})  and their old friends Ramon and Lovelace (Robin Williams).  Mumble and Gloria now have a son of their own, Erik (EG Daly), who is struggling to find his own particular talents in the Emperor Penguin world.  But new dangers are threatening the penguin nation, and it’s going to take everyone working—and dancing—together to save them.
